Welcome

Thank you for visiting Quit Alcohol Now. This blog aims to provide you with ideas, guidance, tips, techniques and motivations that can help you quit drinking alcohol.

Mission and Vision

I want to help, really.

I want to help you quit drinking alcohol… Because I want you to experience the joy of living in a world free from the despicable side effects of alcohol addiction. I want to pull you out of the ledge. I will lend you my hand; just lend me your ears.

- I want to serve as “an early warning device” for people, especially for those youth who haven’t been introduced yet to drinking alcohol, so that they will not engage to such negative habit. I believe that “prevention is still better than cure”. If we can encourage a teenager avoid the “addictive and hypnotic influence” of wines and liquors by telling them the danger that lies ahead, then obviously, there is no chance of him being taken in captivity by alcohol addiction. He will absolutely not suffer, in any way, from the terrifying contradictions in life brought by excessive drinking.

- I want to be “an influential lesson” to people who are on the ledge of alcohol addiction and save them from additional damages and future problems. They may be thinking right now of quitting alcohol because they realize there is more harm than good in drinking but are not aware of the procedures. They may need some enlightenment and encouragement from an individual who used to be on the same shoes and manage to get out of the addiction. They may need advice which will pull them away from the ledge and not push them forward.

- I want to hand over “a detour sign” to individuals who are already submerged under the strong spell of alcoholism and tell them that there is still hope in life. I was able to cope up with my condition and change the course of my life for the better. I was able to quit drinking alcohol in the nick of time. I have this strong confidence that anyone can walk their feet into a better future, too.

I am an Alcoholic Myself and I Know How it's Like

I was once a victim of alcohol, I am familiar with the consequences. I am fully aware of the negative effects of the addiction in one’s health, personality, relationship, social and spiritual aspects. This is the reason why I don’t want to see anyone suffering from this condition. I don’t want anyone experience what I had experienced.

Now that I quit alcohol and had escape from the terrible effects of the addiction that ruined everything in my life, I feel that it is my responsibility and vow to encourage people not to be involved to any activity associated with drinking alcohol, to give warnings to individuals who are familiar with what lies ahead and to motivate people to walk responsibly on the right path of life.
